Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are an online business and do not offer collection.

Delivery options and costs

• Parts and components: £6.99
• Complete computers: £24.99

The delivery price is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will get a tracking number by email once your order has been sent.

Every parcel is tracked and insured

Every order is sent with tracking and with insurance that covers its full value. Graphics cards and motherboards are packed in anti-static bags and double-boxed with foam.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Your item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged:

1. Email support@capitalcraftwealth.com as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) with your order number.
2. Include photos of the item, the outer box and the packaging inside.
3. Keep all the packaging, as the courier may ask to inspect it.
4. We will send you a prepaid return label. Please send the damaged item back to us in its original packaging. Returning it costs you nothing.

As soon as the damaged item has been sent back to us, we will dispatch a replacement. If a replacement isn't available, or you would rather have your money back, we will give you a full refund instead. We make the insurance claim with the courier ourselves, so you don't need to deal with them.

If your parcel is lost or late

If tracking shows no progress for several working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, email us. We will chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
