If your repair needs a new part, we tell you what it is and what it costs before we order or fit anything. Nothing is added to your bill without your OK.
The £75 covers the time it takes to check your PC and find the fault. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the £75 is still payable.
Repairs don't include new thermal paste as standard. We only re-paste when we replace the CPU or cooler, or when the temperatures show it's needed. When we do, it's included in the repair price at no extra cost.
How to send your PC for repair
- Email us at support@capitalcraftwealth.com with your PC's make or specs and what's wrong.
- We reply with a repair form and the address to send it to.
- Pack it securely, in the original packaging if you still have it, or a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Damage caused by poor packing on the way to us is the sender's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- We diagnose, quote and fix it, then send it back by insured courier once the bill is paid.

Tell us your budget and what you want to play, stream or run. We'll send you a clear parts list and a fixed quote, with new or tested used parts (your choice). Then we'll build it, tidy the cables, install Windows and drivers, and stress-test it before it's sent to you.
