These terms apply when you use this website and buy from CapitalCraft Wealth ('we', 'us'). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. Our products
We sell digital tools and guides and, where listed, physical products. Descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Example figures in our files are illustrative only.
2. Education only, not advice
Our products and content are general education and organisation tools. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and not a personal recommendation. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invest. Projections are illustrative and not guaranteed. Consider speaking to an FCA-authorised independent financial adviser before making financial decisions.
3. Licence and intellectual property
When you buy a digital product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own use. You may not share, copy, resell, publish or distribute the files. All intellectual property remains ours.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

6. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using our products, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
