Digital products (downloads)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel an order. For digital content, that right ends once we begin providing the download, but only if you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel at that point. We ask you to confirm this when you buy.
This does not affect your other legal rights. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work as it should, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that isn't possible, a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email support@capitalcraftwealth.com with your order number and a description of the problem and we'll put it right.
Physical products
Where we sell physical products, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return items unused and in their original packaging and tell us you wish to cancel by emailing support@capitalcraftwealth.com. We will refund the price of the goods, and standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them. Faulty or misdescribed items are covered by your statutory rights and we will pay for their return.
